Return Policy

Return Policy for Well House Lighting 

1. Return Eligibility All standard lighting items can be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Goods must be unused, with original packaging, labels and complete accessories intact. Damaged, installed, customized lamps are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We do not cover return freight unless items arrive broken or defective. 
3. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment account. 
4.  Return Steps Contact our customer service via email before sending back items to get a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Exceptions Custom-made light fixtures, clearance sale items are excluded from return service.
6. Customized Product can not be return and change after received the goods
